Our Activities

On 10 October, the Charity celebrated its tenth anniversary. On this occasion, we welcomed more than 200 guests to the dome hall of the Museum of Fine Arts to host a Fundraising Dinner.

Just in time for the International Day of Charity on 5 September, we ventured on new territory. For more than two weeks, we let the RED NOSES Clowndoctors International tour through our focus country Ukraine, where they played, worked and above all laughed with our fosterlings.

With his musical performance, Martin Haselböck, Austria’s most famous organist, enthralled 900 guests in Vienna’s St. Stephen’s Cathedral as part of this year's beneficial event of the H. Stepic CEE Charity. In the course of the event donations in the amount of € 35,000 were gathered. All proceeds from the charitable event are to be transferred to more than 800 children in Bosnia, in order to supply them with school packages.

Under the motto “Two Raiffeisen Bands – One Party” the two Raiffeisen bands Brass it! and Haupt’soch G’sund invited to their first concert at the Wiener Reigen on 9 May. The proceeds of the concert will be directly donated to the project “Street children of Novi Sad”, which the musicians have chosen themselves.

Already in 2011, the fundraising dinner raised a bit over € 100,000 for the construction of two family houses in Ukraine. This year, the project “Ways out of the Ghetto“ was in the focus of the evening. The project is a cooperation with the Charity’s project partner Caritas Austria. On
