„Herzensküche – Recipes from Central- und Eastern Europe"

Herzensküche

The cookbook for everyone who enjoys cooking and, at the same time, wants to help: The H. Stepic CEE Charity published this very special cookbook together with the charitable association kleine herzen. „Herzensküche – Recipes from Central and Eastern Europe” takes the reader on a culinary journey throughout the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

The book leads the reader through eleven countries of the region, presents the multifacetted and original dishes of the central and eastern European kitchen and is a multi-sensory experience. From the well known Borscht, that is at the very top of the popularity scale in many countries, via the Serbian Pita up to the Polish Pierogi, the reader is introduced to a culinary world that is yet little known in our latitudes.

The proceeds of the book will go to the joint project Children’s Town in Pnikut, Ukraine and thus provide help to needy orphans. Top chefs like Heinz Reitbauer (Restaurant Steirereck in Vienna), Roland Trettl (Ikarus Hangar-7) or Martin Fauster (Hotel Königshof, Munich) waived their fees to ensure that the entire proceeds of the book sales can be donated to the project in Ukraine. With their new interpretations, the chefs are successfully breathing new creative life of Haute Cuisine into the recipes. The recipes are easy to cook and guarantee delicacy at its highest level.

You can acquire the cookbook directly from us or buy it on www.amazon.de.
