If you wish for your donation(s) to be recognized, you have to convey to the beneficiary your full name and date of birth. Please mind the exact spelling of your name, i.e. it has to match the entry in the central register and the residential registration form. All registered first names have to be stated in the same spelling as in the register. The date of birth needs to be given in the format dd.mm.yyyy.
